Anyone work at Sprint??
I have a quick question.
On friday I will be receiving a replacement phone that was covered under my insurance. I'm planning on switching carriers soon after that (by soon I mean minutes after). Will I have to pay any penalties or be accused of some kind of fraud if I do this? Should I wait until I send back the broken phone and make sure they receive it? I'm not actually doing it to scam them, my phone coincidentally crapped out just before I was planning on switching... Thanks for the help. Mods; if this is out of line please lock up... Thanks. |

Nope, theres nothing in the contracts that say otherwise. If your contract is over, you're free and clear of any contractual obligations.
