s14 Z32 maf help needed!

Due to recent complications my turbo inlet gasket needs replacing. I've also decided to just replace the turbo and give the car a few more pick me ups. I'm thinking garrett gt2871r. I would also like to do an maf upgrade. After researching I've concluded that the q45 is overkill for the setup i have/looking to have so z32 it is! I'm curious to know what kind of ignition/fuel tuning setup i would need (if any) to safely run 14lbs on stock internals w/out it running too rich and having as little idle drop or gain as possible. Obviously the intake filter, piping need replacing and a new sensor plug but I'm not upgrading to a huge turbo so trying to avoid injectors or ign coils if i don't have to have them.
CURRENT "BREATHING" SETUP: s14sr20det, greddy intake filter/piping (stock maf), megan racing turbo manifold, greddy intake manifold, greddy fmi, tanabe 3" dp, greddy hotpipe. Apexi SAFC (don't really know too much about other than settings are tuned for a stock s14sr). Also if anyone knows a setup for this to smoothly run the z32 maf that would be of great help as well.
SOON TO BE ADDED: gt2871r, hks wastegate actuator, z32 maf?? (and w/e else is needed), electronic boost controller, poly tranny/motor mounts, maybe bigger camshafts.
