I have just posted some pic of the drag race that is occasionally held in Japan it is only 150M but no the less there are some contenders.

Dry hopp in Okinawa or the last album what ever it is called.

actually 150m is .08 miles..

anyway..  what kind of speed do they get to on a track like that?  The pics look cool, but it's hard to get anything from it, being that it's all in japanese

Well actually we were both wrong I was look at the wrong conversion. 150M = 0.0932056788356009 but that is beside the point. Beleive it or not some of these guys get up to about 105-110 mph but I think most are usually are around 85-100 mph MYself I have been 105 MPH but the end of the track is a big slope up and just a big rounded end. so you have to kind of drift 180 deg back towards the front of the track. I think okisil80 will know what I am talking about.

105 mph in ~490ft..  wow.  thats fast.  you should be well near 140 mph in the 1/4 mile...

The place where we illeagally drag race is well beyond 400M I have a apex speed meter that clocks me at the 400m mark at 225 KPH ~139.81238311694125 I am one of the slowest ones out there which sucks. I jsut had a kid though so all my money is spoken for. I just added recent mods that I paid for but never installed so to lack of funds. I just bought a Greddy 3 core intercooler. it is on my webshot album with the R32 brakes.
