KA-t running like ishhh
Basically when the car sits, I can start it, it will idle at about 1100rpm for a few seconds, then it drops to about 5-650 and dies. If I feather the throttle it will stay on for a bit longer but still idles very ruff, and if given to much gas it falls on it's face completely. Basically I can't even move it from one spot to the other.... All vacuum lines have been checked n are fine, fmic and all piping is tight no leaks, z32 maf is still working and I hear the fuel pump running(walboro)... Could it be an aic valve sticking or would that only be an issue If the car actually warmed up and idled after a few? Also plugs r new..... I'm pretty lost so any input is apreciated!
Updated: Here's a vid of the issue. Not the beat quality but u can see how it cuts I'n n out and runs terrible. Plz read further post before posting to keep from saying the same things other members have said. There is a huge checklist poste of what I've already changed/done/dreamt of... http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r...6/42188b20.mp4 Any help is appreciated. The person who helps figure this problem will be awarded a brick of whatever brew they drink( a long as they r local... NO SHIPPING!) lol

I know it might seem stupid but is the manifold sealed good. Happened on my RX-7.
Also have you checked the ecu for any codes? If your a member of ka-t.org I would throw this on there as well. Probably get more/better advice there.

Yea I'm on there aswell. Havnt posted it yet though. The mani is good and no codes. I thought it might have been a failed fuel pump so I replaced that and still the same issue so I am at a lOss

Nah man I just did a boost leak test about 2hrs ago. My egr blockoff plate had a small leak and so I fixed that, and also there is a leak from the injector o-ring on cylinder 1. Nobody has them right now so I have to wait to fix that issue. But other than that the car still falls flat on it's face right before it reaches boost, but there's pressure building cus tge bov is still doing it's job

Yeah I know its not good definately. You'll be flooding that cylinder with fuel all the time. Also I believe the z32 has the same style injectors as well.

So replaced the o rings on the injector and still nothin. It seems as if I drive the car under normal circumstances like it was a stock motor, it runs n idles perfect. As soon as it hits boost is where it falls on it's face. I'm thinking either my maf (n62) took a shit or safcII reset itself. Idk it's a pain I'n the ass.

You should probably get an rs-enthalpy rom tune. But I would definately check your maf like you mentioned and maybe the tps as well. And can't you run an N60. Are you getting adequate fuel? I know you said you have a walbro but there could be a clog somewhere. Just a possibility.

Yea I'm getting good fuel. Have a new tt Z32 filter aswell. I really wish I could get an
Ethalpy or jwt tune..... But the fact is the money I would hve torwards that went to dip shit at emance n he robbed me for $200. So I really don't have money to spend on a tune now. Ima just try n play with the afc a bit more cus it ran really hard and well before n out of nowhere went yo shit.

I think he's selling a used one for your setup for like $379.
Anyway yeah probably messing with the tune would be cheaper anyway. How is that setup anyway. I'm going ka-t in the near future and I'm wanna run your setup pretty much with a t28 turbo. Not sure what your using.

My setup when running good even without a rom tune made some good power. Definately pulled alot harder than my sr did with a t28, fmic, and good piping out the back. Just tale ur time. Motorwise it has wiesco standard bore 9.1 pistons, new rings and bearings, head was redone with valves, guides an leakedown to be sure it was good. And from there it's just 370's, z32 maf, safcII,felpro HG, t3/t4 top mount with custom down pipe, stock exhaust( no more ref n exhaust tickets for me!) and fmic on 10psi and it pulls great. Real torquey down low. Just want to get it fixed lol

What turbo are you running? And that's stock exhaust hanging out the back?

I love the way that exhaust looks lol. I could rock that out here with no problems.
Any luck yet. I saw a post on ka-t.org with similar issues to yours. You should check it out.

Damn that sux. Well I pulled the plug wires n saw oil on tge ends of 3 of them. So I pulled the valve cover and spark plugs tp see oil had leaked from the gasket into tge spark plug cylinders n gotten on them. Replaced the gasket n cleaned all the oil and nothing. Went through my afc settings n they r all the same. Only thing left is either a bad maf or sonehow my turbo is shot. No shaft play or smoke. Fml

Yeah check the maf out. And maybe you just need a set of colder plugs.
