I'm trying to mitigate a recent ticket, I'm hoping that having some kind of certificate saying I'm below the federal limit will assist in my battle. Anyone know of a place to get that done? My telephoning campaign has been fruitless.

Sheriff stations normally have decibel meters. Although I'm sure it's the last place you want to go. That's how I cleared my ticket when I lived in Socal.
