I'd still say the trader rating system is the best option @ this moment. I personally had outstanding service from John, when I bought my Haltech from him, and that was quite a bit more than thee braces. I keep hoping that he'll come in here and rectify these issues. I'm am truelly sorry that you guys have run into this and I wish u luck with either John or paypal.

If you paid through paypal using bank transfer, you're SOL on the time constraints. If you used a cc, you might be able to get them to file a charge back with paypal.

Wonder what is up with John. He's a stand up dude. I remember early in the year there was a family emergency of some kind. Could still be dealing with it.
