Datsik is sickk; Apples, Crunch, and Calypso are fucking sick tracks. Discovered Zeds Dead a little while ago and their remixes/production are fucking on point! Favorite Dub producers of the year for me.
Doorly Datsik 16Bit banger of a tune... |

dubstep is an interesting concept...my first impression was that of boredom...me being a big fan of liquid dnb it just felt like something was missing. I will say that a lot of the newer stuff sounds really good; much more fleshed out in my opinion. This is a good thread I'm liking what's been posted so far.

Sierra Leone is a big track, but nothing can beat the original Archangel

we get it pretty good up here in Seattle for dubstep.
Joker was here Tuesday and we got Rusko playing for free coming up. All the UK heavyweights have thrown down here. We have had a tight d&b family up here, and the dubsteppers are even tighter. I like the traditional UK sound a bit more than the US sound, but i love it all. Tune that made me fall in love with dubstep. Heard it on a Skream radio show a few yrs ago and it was over YouTube - Skream - Tippa Pick up Caspa&Rusko Fabriclive 37 mix. Probably my favorite mix to date. classic US mix by Trillbass Trill Bass - Free World Steak And Shrimp: Free MP3 Download big mix by excision Excision Shambhala 2008 - Download from rapidshare.com - Filestube.com (his Shambhala 09 mix is good but has d&b in it. Pick it up and heres an SHIFT 2009 promo mix by my homie Travis Shift Recordings. - LUKKI - Shift Recordings 2009 Promo Mix - SoundCloud one more by Reid Speed. Good mix of electro and dubstep {blog} Nicky Digital: Pre Party Jamz Volume 47: Reid Speed got lots more if you want |

Did you ever listen to any Grime? It never really made it too far out of London, but there were/are some international fans. I was going to post a few tracks in here but decided against it in the end. The two are pretty closely related in my eyes.
Heres one of my favourite Skream mixes: CLICK. Quite old now, but definitely a good tape.

Just because you don't like a genre of music, doesn't make it gay as shit. And Dubstep isn't particularly new. Fads usually gain and lose popularity in a lot shorter time than Dubstep has been around.

I think I feel old. I don't know what this is at all. Not even a little. When i saw the thread title I thought it was gonna be about rims and shoes or some shit.
