Suspension geometry really crooked

Ok guys so i have couple questions i have a 90 coupe and it is fairly clean with no accidents to it. I have PBM coils on it with spl tensions and subrame collars bla bla. So when both cambver plates are amxed out front wheels goes to -4.3 while amxed out right only goes to to 2.8. My plan was to run 3 all around but i ended et running 2.8. What can cause it bent suspension pieces like lcas and knuckles?
And the back its sitting right now on all stock arms so cannot really play with camber but still with the same height left back wheel is in -4 something with 0 toe and bakc right is like -2 with crap toe in.. So why is there so much difference in all the digits. I fully understand its a 20 year old crap box that is twisted bc of its age but that sounds like a lot of twist. Planning on ordering some rucas and toe links for the back so i can get decent numbers, but front leaves me clueless wat should i start looking into and tostart with to get closer to the numbers i want

Smashing into curbs can do that....

If you have an FSM you can measure points on your car to see if anything is tweaked. It's in the body/trim section. Visually inspect all arms/frame/spot welds for tweakage.
