so these would work for bottom mounts and side mounts (because of the sidemounts included?) or im i mistaken?

Yes that's correct. They will work on either base or sidemount type seats.

Sidemounts are included for optional use.

I don't currently have any pics of them installed. The brackets sit flush to the chassis hump. Not gonna get any lower then that unless you have custom brackets.
