S14 with S13 SR won't start

Hey everyone, I have a s14 SE with a s13 sr and had some issues with it this morning. Last night I installed a new valve cover gasket (could be irrelevant but thought I'd add). So this morning the car starts right up with no issue, it runs for about 30 seconds and it turns off with the key in the on position. I double checked the ground on the valve cover since I took it off last night and it was okay. When I put the key in the on position, none of the cluster lights come on, the radio doesn't turn on, nothing turns on. The headlights still work and my e fan switch still works so I ruled out the battery. I checked all of my fuses on the kick panel and the engine bay and they are all good. When I turn the key, the fuel pump doesn't turn on and the starter doesn't click and the engine doesn't crank. Something is pointing me in the direction of the factory alarm system which I don't have a key fob for, the car is parked in a garage was not tampered with overnight save for the valve cover gasket install. Can someone shed some light on this?

DId you check all the ground on the engine block?

To me it sounds like you have a lack of ground somewhere. Battery to chassis ground ok?

Currently at work but first thing I'm going to check when I get back is all of the grounds, lack of ground is starting to make more sense. Thanks for the input everyone, will give an update soon.

Could also be a faulty ignition switch and it was just a coincidence that you just replaced the gasket. After all it did run for 30 secs.
