Yes. Wow.
Anyone peep how Nico tried to hint like he let Lewis win? But he was getting mad when they kept telling him the gap. Heard footsteps and messed up.

Oh man.... Singapor's coming up! Can't wait! Only 6 races left to go... Just 22 points separate Nico & Lewis. If Lewis wins 1st & Nico wins 2nd for the next 4 races, Hamilton will overtake him in points with 2 races remaining... But best case scenarios haven't been in Lewis' favor this year. This is gonna be good. Better not DNF!

What a weird race. The entire time I felt like something bad was going to happen. I honestly thought Hamilton and Nico would wreck again and someone get hurt. No idea it would be Jules.

This has been one of the most intense race weekends that I can remember. Very unfortunate for Jules, and I know we all wish him the best. I hadn't seen that video, seriously intense.

Wow I wonder who got those. Vid shots. It definitely was no available on the syndicated feed.
Ya it was strange, first race I have watched in ages that I was just kinda like oh Lewis won. Up till the end I was pretty excited about the whole thing and then this happened it was like doom descends. I wish Jules a quick and speedy recovery and that this does affect his rising star.

this type of head accident looms over Marussia imo.. cant forget maria de villota had a similar accident (hit trailer) and eventually died a year later. They are just never the same after that.
I havent seen anything that horrific since Dan Weldon's indycar accident.. Open wheel racing will always have its risks...

If the driver's heads weren't and stuffed way down in the chassis as they are he would have been decapitated. I think his only saving grace was the nose acted like a wedge and shot the truck up in the air. I couldn't see the damage to his helmet so I hope its just swelling and not a major fracture.

I had a dream last night that Lewis won in Abu Dabi to take the championship, but I slept thru the entire race. I hope the first half of that comes true.

With dish I have to watch it on a Spanish channel. If I want msnbc I have to pay too much for another package that includes that. My friend say good things about Verizon fios but won't know till I try it.
On lewis winning, I had a feeling he would win it even though I favored Nico between the two. Then what a surprise when Nico had engine trouble. O well years done and my driver moves onto Ferrari 💲💶💶💲 |

It was nice seeing Lewis get his 2nd ever championship.
After several upsetting seasons, he finally was with a strong team and champion chassis. I do wish there was more of a proper battle between him and Nico in the final. Lewis is definitely an amazing driver.
