I would certinly do some suspension mods. At least Springs and Shox. It will make your car look a whole lot better looking and it will out handle 98% of everything on the road.

Short Shifter (If your a 5-Speed)

Hi Flow Cat @ Rollhard.com

Interior Goodies

Sway Bars, if you buy one at a time.

What are you mojor goals of the car? Looks, Speed, or Handeling?

Also look into a set of pulley's, it's alittle more then $100 but worth a good 10 HP, unless you have alot of stereo equipment this would be a good mod.

How much power is the amp pushing? I don't know how good the alternater is in a 240sx (i'm sure someone here knows) but i doubt it would effect it that badly. Anyone that has done the pulley mod could tell you if the felt it sapped the alternater.

I think that the plugs and wires might be something to look into, actually a whole new ignition contol box if you're really looking to squeeze all the power you can out of the engine.

The stock Ignition system is more then capable everything until you go with a Turbo or NOS setup. Although Plugs can be a worthwhile mod if your car has a lot of miles on it the plugs can get worn out causing them to not run at their max efficiency.
