personally i like it. the other color variants are nice too. maybe you can change between them for seasons and holidays.
red + white = valentines orange + brown = thanksgiving, halloween red + green = christmas ... etc etc. |

umm why dont you let that guys sister do it. if shes sooo damn good, i'd like to see some of hers. i think i've seen some of her stuff. this girl i dated is into graphic design and i went somewhere with her up @ tech and she showed me some of their student pfojects and they were all sick as hell. they were soo awesome. and this guys sister si supposed to be one fo the best. Hell if shes good enought to graduate top of her class, give her a chance. i bet hers turns out 100x better than anyone elses plan.

Ok Zilvia wants something done eh? Anything to help out this board! So west what did you have in mind? I'm taking a type class right now actually... so I can design letter forms, fonts, logos, etc.... I can make the zilvia logo my final project? You'll have to wait about 5 weeks though... I can have roughs up and going in the next 3 or so weeks... Yah art school is just that busy... If you can live with zilvia for now I can design a site package to match the new logo... http://maeda.siliconhosting.com for reference of my web work... it's not that great since im not a graphics major... my illustration works under "sketchbook" (dousan- i'm not a graphics major! I'm illustration! I draw monsters, dinosaurs, ninjas and naughty but cute school girls in short skirts...)

Ok keep in mind i dont know what im doing...
heres the direction i'd take zilvia on in... this is just rough~.. The top would be just a neat flourish type icon... i'm probably just going to leave it as a white Z take out the grey... it looked much cleaner. the bottom is a rough title bar logo... i really am not sure where to go on this...

not good enough to be a new banner... But neat...
No the barcode wont scan... If I had more time on my hands I could make a scanable one... The Idea I have that would be cool... You get some big bald dude... Put my little logo on the back of his neck with the barcode tatoo style... In black of corse... and take a pic... That would be kinda cool...

Seriously, back on topic. West, I like your logo, but I would love something different. Personnally, I wasn't really a fan of the Zilvia.net sticker so that's a bit why I would like to see something else.

Yeah, that timing chain thing is [email protected], it'd be a great bumper sticker, but not the site logo ... i like West's basic idea, as long as we don't try to turn that into the new sticker design...and i agree, it could use some kinda of background...something subtle, like Jenna Jameson laying on the hood of my s14 ...come on guys, photoshop can make it happen
PS- NIN ROCKS!
