Try the sacramento bee, craigslist, USA jobs. I know that Fedex on Elder creek road on power in is always hiring, but if you dont want to work your ass off than its not for you.

Call fedex like he said. Were giving you suggestions but we cant walk you through everything lolz. Look up fedex in elk grove. Call them and ask them if theyre hiring. If so ask if you can have an application or if theyre giving interviews. If you want a job bad enough nothing will stop you from trying your hardest.

thanks guys...its just it was a big shock when i lost my job...got laid off and i was like WTF...but all im tryin to do is save the 240 and still go to school....

Ya can't fuck up tho (like lie, be stupid, or anything on the phone) they pay well tho. not sure what they pay, but i think it started at $14. They will train ya and if its something ya not really into you get to walk away with saying you were HIPPA compliant on ur resume for later jobs. Send your resume to the sac_jobs email address. HR guy should respond within a biz day.

p.s. I work for them in the LA branch (I don't do customer service tho).

I have a friend out there with the same situation. I told him costco...good pay and good benifits.
Starbucks...good health benifits.
Also try on campus jobs.

My bad. Well try and check out that website I gave you. It allows you to take tests if you qualify to get on board with the state, like where I work. And no I cant hook you up with a job sorry but I can lead you in the right direction.
