Stock out put is 10 psi and the motor makes 215 HP with 195 TQ
All of the RB motors were aluminum block and heads IIRC. IC is a small ish side mount like most other stock Nissan IC's The turbo looks like a t3 but the casting on the compressor housing doesn't say. I have read that it is a t3. The Turboon the rb20det is good up to 14.7 PSI from what I have read. That should be a start. -Matt |

Thanks a lot, Matt!
I always kind of thought the motor was Iron block, Aluminum head, but I guess not... Intercooler is two-core, 24X12X6, if I recall correctly. Ball-bearing Turbos available? $$$? |

Yes the T3 on the RB20 is a BB from what I have read. It is also a common upgrade for CA and SR turbo's so in theory after market turbos for the SR and CA would also work for the RB20.

Hey, Halo, nice to see you man.
Matt, thanks for the info again. I was also wondering whether SR turbo upgrades would apply to the RB series. I'm seriously thinking of getting this motor for my next S13, but I don't want to get it without the US aftermarket support, and I'm just gathering information now. Thanks, everyone, and thanks in advance for whatever I may get again. |

I was under the assumption T3 and T25 flanges were different... |
