Looks like some extensive body work has been done to make it look like a 280z. I can tell that all of the side markers have been deleted as well as the rear bumper delete. Its strange that the went as far as to change the front grill and rear tail lights. Now it could have has a hard rear impact and they could have cut the rear end off of another car and welded it on. Now thing brings up another point, how good was the body work that was done. It should be easy to pull the rear panels off and take a look inside the rear quarters to see what shape its in. Have you checked the frame rails?
And to agree with others in the post. It matters a huge amount weather this is a 240 a 280. They have ruined some of the value by doing all of these modifications. |
