Getting a title for a salvaged car?
Alright I'm picking up a coupe and it has a salvaged title, but he doesnt have the title but I am getting a bill of sale, I'm sure If I can get a salvaged title for it I can get a rebuilt ,but is it a possible to get a salvaged title in my name?

its completely dependent on your local laws. here in California, it has to pass several inspections (repair, brake and headlights, etc), VIN verification to make sure it wasnt rebuilt using stolen parts, a heavier transfer fee and of course, smog cert.

Pretty much it's the same as a regular title, you go to the DMV they tell you what you need to do and pay.
