I might be able to get this engine real cheap. I am wondering if there will be any problems... the shouldn't right?

Not at all. I've seen at least a dozen S14s with S13 red-tops. I say you go for it. How cheap is the motor? How many miles? Tranny and ECU included?

Everything included, 3 month warrantee, right here in montreal for me, and it is like... 1000$ us. IT is a screaming deal and I know it. I don't even have to pay for shipping, but I do have to install it myself, or find someone else. 25,000 miles... like I said screaming deal.

No, and no. I just stubled over it recently and I don't know if I am going to get it, cause finances are tight right now. they guy doesn't ship or anything, he just needs to off it, and I found out. I will see though.

The goin' price in the Montreal aera for an SR20DET is around 1750-2500CDN$.  Taking in consideration that the conversion rate is 1,62CDN$ to 1USD$...

sure, 1750-2500 cdn for just the engine, but if your expecting to get it all working for under 5K, then youre kidding yourself.  custom piping and a front ic aren't cheap.  install too if you cant do it yourself
