Hey everyone, this is my first time posting something so please dont burn me to hard..

I have a 89 coupe right now that i just recently swaped the kaDE into..i just needed to get it running so i have some transportation. But ive been thinking about trying to do something interesting and challenging. SO i thought the 1jz would be awsome candidate to try.

Ive been trying to find out some info on it and i found out that its going to roughly cost aroung 5k. im going to need a custom driveshaft, redo fuel lines to the other side. custom tranny mounts. cant remember some other things i read but yeah if any one knows the list of things or possibly a link where it will tell me all that would be a big help!

Although i cant seem to find a post somewhere where people seem to be buying either the swap or front clip from. I want to find a good resource to purchase it from.

but also i would like to know people thoughts on my idea. OR possibly hear about other people who did the same swap im thinking about doing.

Im more of a do it yourselfer. so i can gain more knowledge on mechanics and save more money for mods or such things haha.
