Simple question.
Broke my EGR tube while removing stock header, so I'm going to JB weld the bung for it on the header, and just not have EGR. Do I also need to plug the tube itself that leads to the EGR, or can I leave that open?

I'm in the same situation. My EGR pipping did not allign with my new header. I decided to cut the pipe and and used a rubber cap to block off the pipe the goes to the EGR (note: I did not remove the EGR) I'm wondering is this okay? Or should I remove the EGR and use a block of plate?

You have to block the line off aswell it ports to the intake manifold.
You should just take the time. to eliminate your entire EGR vacuum lines.
