wow that does suck balls.... What money does in this world.

i remember i was involved in a hit and run a while back...nothing crazy like that but was hit by some crazy ass lady i called 911 they said they will send a unit over... waited for them over 2 hours no one ever showed up.

perhaps the victims family didnt go to great deals to get the story spread though

but i dunno.. they still havent found biggie and pac's killer, and there was tons of witnesses *because they happened on crowded public streets, and there was freaking video footage of biggies truck after it got shot up!*.. People just dont snitch.. Your considered a bitch if you snitch =(
