Blew a fuse but now doe'snt work??

While trying to hook up my radar detector i accidently touched the red wire and black wire together from the radio wireing harness. Replaced the fuse, and now i have constant power to the red wire. Isnt this supposed to be powered only when the accessory is on? And now my cd player wont work? Any suggestions
