Fuel line as vac line?

could I use fuel line for my FPR vac line? All I could find in town is rubber fuel line in 3/16 no silicon :-(

Ok sorry. And I've went to advanced pep boys and auto zone they only have rubber fuel line. Trying to think of other places I might be able to get it at.

i found some Gates silicone vac line. that good quality? thanks for any advice guys

Careful where you run vac line. Exposure to heat will cause some to collapse. I had issues with my engine forever and I kept finding collapsed lines. Silicone should be your best bet. I have a couple pieces and it's really tough.

yea well for the FPR im just going to run the fuel line since its very sturdy and for the wastegate since its near heat im going to get good quality silicone hose even though i think fuel line would be able to withstand the heat as well
