does anyone know how to take it off because it seems its welded i need to take it off and have it sand and paint

in the rear of the trunk on the right and left side you will see 4 bolts facing up (2 on each side) and the 2 bolts around the driverside tow hook under the car

The trunk bolts are underneath rubber caps.

That may help, as you clearly need all the help you can get.
