I am not trying to start anything, but just giving my view on things...
I have been with zilvia for a while now and lately i have noticed two things. 1. A SHIT LOAD MORE NEWBIES WITH AND WITHOUT 240SX. 2. ALOT OF THEM THINK THEY ARE ALL KNOWING. Just wanted to point it out, personally I liked zilvia back before the hugh increase in newbies.

I can't believe I actually responded to him. I feel like a child.
although I do not know what possible point DSC, besides the search bit, Drift could be making. If some newbie had a backyard full of SR's that he didn't care about you would be singing a different tune Style's. Don't deny it. So, What is your point? or are you gonna "lol" like a chipmunk |

you know i should have re phrased what i said. I should have been clear about what i wanted to say. The point that i am trying to get across is that there was a time when i went to zilvia.net to get information on 240's and read about diffrent ways to tune our cars. Now i all i see is the same post over and over again. Whats my point? my point is that there a huge group of members on zilvia that don't know shit about there cars except what they read in magazines. Now i know that not every newbie on the fourm is like this but alot are and i am sorry if i offended you. You might be one of the few that has done his homework on the car. Its just annoying to see the same shit over and over again.
As for the newbie who has a yard full of sr's bit, i could give a rats ass, because the truth is that would never happen. Also i wanted to say don't get so offended i am just giving my view on things. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> LOL

just because you sit at your computer all day and post on zilvia thinking your post count is your iq doesnt mean you know anything who cares if there is the same post every day get over it stop crying like it matters skip it dont read it what is the point of a forum if you have to use the search function every time do i have to scroll thru every post to make sure i dont ask a question that has been posted before just so no one will cry it is pretty sad that the label newbie gets to you zilvia used to be good when people could post on the forum and no one would have a little girly fit like they think there tough lets all remember this is the internet repeated posts will not cause life threatning harm settle down

i've learned newbies will always be arriving. i don't mind really. there were some cool people who came on here after the 600 member mark. that's when the board was really fun, not that it isn't now. but times change. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> and i can name several people off the top of my head who made this forum a fun place, but don't come here anymore.

First off shady use some f*ucking periods in your post. That shit was hard to read. I am not making a girly fit about this shit. You are the ones bitching and moaning about how wrong i was in saying what i said. If you don't like it fine, ignore it. I never attacked newbie i just stated that i thought they acted like they know everything. For example you shady, you start your post off trying to insult me, did i at any point say anything directed at only one person? no, I didn't, i even said sorry to autodestruct for pissing him off. I never said i hated newbies i just said theres alot of them.
James... right on man, i remember the fourm was alot nicer then. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

So.. drift when you came on this board, did you NOT start off as a newbie. NO you must of known everything about cars right..This people might just be re-searching cars, trying to see what there options are. The first time i posted on this board my car was sitting in someone elses driveway cause i was not able to get it towed back to my house, and it was not insured.

he mean me <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> i think newbies and oldies can all get along i dont think we need to jump down everyones throats for tha wrong reasons, but it would be nice if some ppl used there intelect and figured that their questions JUST MIGHT be on here some where, and used the search function to help us all out by not beating a dead horse |

This can't go anywhere pretty after the "fuck" word started flying... so I am closing this topic.
But, since I get the last word, here is my view: 1) If everyone used the search feature, this board, as would any board, would die. No new questions, it would just turn into a dusty archive. Zilvia is a community almost, and I'm happy with that. 2) 300 posts from driftstyle, and you're bitching about newbies. I will give you the year here though. 3) People are free to voice their opinion, and debate... but I didn't see this as a debate. Once someone makes up their mind to defend their position at all costs, it turns into a flame war once they starter runs out of points... and that's not happening, here. -Jeff
