I might be getting a Buell XB9S from a relative. I haven't ridden in like 4 years and even then only rode for maybe a year...is a 900cc harley powered sportbike asking for it?? I plan on getting a new helmet and taking a safety course if I do get it.
Also, I'm in NJ so not exactly the safest state to ride in. |

lol your guess it correct, well since i lost the holder for the handle bar you can call gpr and order it for your bike but everything is the same

Yeah the stabilizer is universal, it's just the mount that's application-specific... I know for my Scotts the mounts are like $100, might be cheaper for the GPR. I know a lot of people that swear by those... if you have a bike that lifts the front wheel, you should have a good stabilizer, and the OEM ones are crap... with the exception of the Honda CBR1000s electronic one

well, i might as well revive this thread with some news. i'm picking this up tomorrow.
2004 Suzuki SV650 it only has 1800 miles on it and is basically in perfect condition and completely stock. i see some frame sliders, a high mount exhaust, and a hugger rear fender in my future. i'm pretty excited, it will be my first bike. i took it for a test ride and it moves pretty well. the guy is throwing in his gear too since he's not getting another bike. it's enough to get by for a few weeks but i think i'll get some better stuff that fits better too. i might revive the gear thread too.
