First off, if you checked everything you would be able to tell us if factory wiring and factory switch was used.

I doubt either was used.

Come back and tell us weather there is power at the motor when pushing the switch, until then my solution is sell you car and buy one with working windows.

maybe oem power window amp is dead if it was used? remove it and check the soldering look for tiny cracks. ive repaired numerous ones because they have a cracked solder in them.

i install power window kits on roll up windows and i can tell you, when the window regulator goes bad it stresses the motor and most like will blow a fuse. but checking for fuses might not be easy because it can be anywhere the installer wishes to put it. wont be in a fuse box because its not a factory system. might have to trace all the wires to find it.

did you try CTRL+ALT+DEL?

lol

when you hit the switch for up/down, do you hear anything happening in the door/window area?

you can try jumping a straight 12v+/- to the motor, and see if you can manually make it roll up and down.. that will help break down what is doing what.
