s13 S13 running light problems

What's up guys I have. 90 250sx hatch the other day I changed out my o2 sen or and while the car was running unplugged. Egative on the batterie after that I noticed my running light won't stay on or go on as well as. Y dash but my head lights turn on and blinkers when I move em and hazards when I turn them on also the brake lights when I step on them but the running lights won't go on I noticed a fuse under the dash that's a 15a blown so I changed it and turn to the first click and it poped so I'm guessing that's the fuse for the running lights I've looked for shorts all over and am just stuck now any ideals what can help I just got a tool from my buddy to check the wires need help ASAP thanks

Untape the wires and make sure none are touching cause one of the wires that go to the stereo is connected to the running lights and if it is grounded you will pop that fuse
