FUCK YES on the extended warranty. The water pump, both motor mounts and valve cover gasket recently went out on my E320 and that shit cost over $4000. Thank GOD I got the warranty on mine too. That shit cost $2000 but it already paid for itself. I was gonna sell it after the warranty expires but I found out I could extend it. If so I will keep it.

My first car when I was a Junior in High School for about 5 months was '93 Plymouth Voyager. I took out the back seats and lined the floor with a bunch of school logo'd foam bleacher seats, blankets, and pillows. So rad to ditch class with a girlfriend, it also carried all of my bands equipment. It was a pretty lame vehicle but I drove the hell out of it and eventually the tranny blew up. Looked exactly like this one;
The first car in my name was my '93 240sx, which I got right after the van blew up. I didn't know how to drive stick when I got it, and my dad just put me in the drivers seat and said "get us home and you can keep the car". I still can't find the courage to let it go for good, but when the day comes I need a lump sum of money for the Roadster it will go.

1988 Buick LeSabre T-Type Got it from my Grandpop when I was 17. Damn I was spoiled man, leather seats, badass AC and Heat. The thing even came with tweets, its a shame it only had a cassette player haha. Loved that car, still have it in the garage. The thing is near mint, only 56K miles on it!

1987 Nissan Sentra.
That thing took a beating and ran like a champ. Hell, one time I flipped it on it's side, got out and with some help put it back on all 4's and drove off with nothing more than some scratches and a small dent where a tree hit the hood. I actually miss that car.

1990 Mercury Sable GS
two-tone white/silver 3.0 v-6 I LOVED that car. Seriously, when I got rid of it for my civic NOBODY recognized me anymore around town. Lots of good memories in that beater. I would totally buy it back if I saw it today, I even still remember the liscence number. |

P.S. a long time ago there was a discussion about somebody completely removing the springs from their Karmann Ghia, was that you? I think this should win the prize for shittiest first car. 1988 N/A 2+2 Z31, Automatic Not Alteezas- somebody bashed out the lenses. My killer stereo system. You can see it next to the can of Bondo. The funny thing is for the anniversary of the Z, Road and Track I think it was had a thing where the first 100 people to upload a picture of their Z to their site got this rad coffee table book about the history of the Z for free. Well, I uploaded that picture (pic 1) and got one. 2nd car- 97 Cavalier- Auto 3rd car- 91 240sx- 5 speed I still have my 4th and 5th cars. 4th- 92 240sx Convertible, 5 speed 5th- 99 Jeep Cherokee, Auto, 220,000 miles on the original everything, still going strong. |
