confused on clocking this!?

the angle of the turbo is so annoying. because of the actuator bracket it dosent seem like it will angle up anymore so i can run a better hot pipe. the one i have now runs down up back down and take up so much room that i have to run the intake across the front of the engine. any advice would really help im just out of ideas

Remove the turbo and look on the back and you will see bolts with holding brackets.
remove the brackets and you can clock the turbo, the actuator bracket also serves as a holding bracket for the compressor housing so just move it accordingly.

My set up

Right also you might have to remove the W/G Actuator from the bracket and flip the bracket around
