KA24e no spark

I have a ka24e that is turning over but not getting spark. I've tried new coil and dizzy, a new upper harness and I ran grounds according to this thread:
Get GROUNDED! - Nissan 240SX Forums
I've also had a voltmeter to the harness and there is power going to the coil, so I'm stumped
Any help or advice is appreciated, links help alot too. I've searched the forum but didnt find alot on this.

-Thanks, Luke.

Did you check your fuse under the hood by the battery? It says eng cont, or ign cont, on my SOHC that fuse popped and I was stuck for two hours trying to figure that out....lol

Yup the IGN fuse is good, checked all of the fuses in the fuse boxes, both by the battery and by the drivers door. All fuses are good but I need to buy a 10v fuse because there is one missing for the shift lock, could that cause no spark?

I replaced an ecu and alt fuse in mine and ended up not getting spark until I found a different ecu. Plus I've heard that putting an auto ecu into a manual removes governor???
