took this about 2 hours ago. it hasnt let up, and i ran out of 2 cycle for the snow blower.


the corolla aint going anywhere, and thats my ride lately. the E30 has no 2nd gear or reverse... i moved it to where i plowed already, but fawk. im supposed to take it to some dude to get a new trans put in it later today. that may have to wait till tomorrow. moms benzo isnt leaving the garage cause its shit in the snow. i'll have to wait till dad gets home with the truck, or my brother gets home before i can get some more gas. i even have reg gas, but no fucking 2 cycle oil. i had to hand shovel a bunch of it, too. only did like 2/3's of the driveway. we have a big ass driveway..

i couldnt imagine a winter without snow. or a winter of wearing shorts and stuff still. the furthest south ive ever lived was 2 years in cincinnati. otherwise MN, and MI the rest of my life.

update on weather.com. we're supposed to get an ADDITIONAL 4-6". yay.. i may go attempt to dig out the rolla. fuck.

See, I live in NC, where we do get snow.
I still wear shorts all the time though, unless I will have to spend major time outside or it is raining or something.
We usually get SOMETHING, but not always anything substantial.

We dont get shit here. If it snows GA shuts down, well cept maybe the tippy top of GA. I've never seen snow more than 2 inches thick. Scratch that, I dont think i've seen an inch

haha, im about to snap some more pix. i manned up and drove the bish to the gas station. i didnt stop at anything. i was afraid of losing my momentum and getting sort of stuck. i wouldnt be worried about it, but i dont have reverse. i couldnt rock my way out of that shit if my life depended on it. i made it, however. and it was fun. spun 180 degrees turning onto my street, but i didnt let off the gas. snows are fun! just keep constant pressure on the gas and steer. ill post that shit up in a bit. gotta start working on the other side of the driveway. its like 14" deep in the areas i attempted to start shoveling. thats why i took the chance and went to get some 2 cycle. w00t.

i took the e30 out and let my dad take the fj today so he doesnt die in his car

e30 ran like a fucking tank through this snow...a jeep slammed into a hyundai right in front of me and i had to slam the brakes but these dunlop graspics stopped me in time

anyhow, the E30 should look a bit different in the spring. assuming i can start saving some pennies. i already have a new valence, fogs, mud flaps, windshield trim (front and rear), etc. im planning on getting a set of ground controls/koni's and going as low as they allow, MB 15 hole 16" wheels, ellipsoids, and a Z3 antenna.

in middle school they'd plow the parking lot and mount up all the snow up along the fence around the parking lot, right... so you'd wind up with this five foot tall, 500 foot long tube of snow. so all winter during recesses we'd dig in it and make tunnels, and dig out the fence side for windows and shit.

i'm sometimes amazed i didn't lose a finger or something from frostbite.
