Anyone else roll with a shotgun when they play the recon class? I love the mortars and C4 but I'm not a big fan of sniper rifles.
I dont play the recon class as a sniper class, it's more of a anti-tank/objective holding class for me.

lol i use the saiga sometimes when using recon, to defend mcom stations. saiga is real accurate at close~medium range and good fire rate. I normally use the mortar stike with the recon class.........

also, how do you use the 12xScope?

i love playing the sniper. seems like on the pc...i'm hitting on the mark a guy but, im not hitting him at all. it's a occurrence all the time.

i wish i did get the ps3 instead...this server connecting issue is annoying and i dont have to deal with punkbuster.

have someone control the uav, you rig it with c4, have them fly it into a group of people, tell them to let you know when to blow that shit up....

i got one uav road kill and it seems you actualy gotta hit the guy with the body not the blades. guys should have been mince meat. and did you know you can actualy hitch a ride on the uav? look it up.

hater...its a easy concept when teams are not even or no significant push when attacking. i snipe.

also it's always have been like this since bc1. people rush like dumbass like they have infinite lives.

sniping makes sense when your defending and trying to dwindle down their numbers while they rush the target. also, killing guys that try to disarm/take over a target at a safe distance makes sense too. but it gets ridiculous when half the team is sniping and no one rushes the target,(I mostly play Rush), and your the only one that actually does any work.

i need to find people that are good at this game. some of my friends that play suck, other than WERDdabuilder, he's the only one that can hold his own

like last night, my whole team were on the edges of the map just trying to pick off people, you know...trying to "get theirs". even if my team was losing i wouldnt stop, i might as well be the best on the team and get mad xp and make the other team watch out for me more than the other guys.


what makes me rage is when im medic and running with a group of people and we're having a fire fight with the enemy and i die. none of them pick up my kit to revive me or a medic doesn't revive me to get back the life points. sure they'll throw down a damn health pack but that's just half assing it. when im medic im reviving everyone and every where.

for the most part i only snipe when im defending. use C4/mortars to blow up any in coming tanks that are trying to blow up the sites. i love "counter" sniping a sniper from across the map with like a SAW.

edit: damnit, tried to toss C4 on a camper....no stick.

ha, im busy the other hours of the day so AM times are the only hours i have free to murk ppl.

lol well looks like he used medic most of the time, and like he said before he would mostly heal/revive team mates. so it would make sense. you get lots of points for healing/reviving people especially when a group of your mates are standing around a med pack, and you reviving as well. assault would have the same effect as well but i hardly use that class and only gotten 30exp. been using engineer a lot and love "counter" sniping with a stationary HMG and button smash the select button lol

Just beat the game on Hard.

And I must say, even though it was on hard, it felt fairly easy.

Compared to the MW2 campaign on Hard at least.

if u sit back and snipe then you are a horrible teammate, recon is meant to get up in the shit and toss out motion sensors

Or you could sit back, spot every person you see. You can also post up over-looking the M-Com stations and snipe anyone arming/disarming.

Yeah, it's bullshit when there are 4 snipers in every squad, but then you just have to mix it up a bit.

you only get 2 sensor...its not like bc1 where you sit on a supply dump and keep tossing sensors.
