California Smog & AIV & EGR
Would a smog tech know if the AIV & EGR were removed from an S13 KA24E in California?

If the AIV was completely removed there would be an empty space around the wheelwell but would the tech know something is missing?

Considering that they're trained in searching for the items and actually have layouts at their disposal of where emissions devices should be located I'd say yeah. They'll know.
