AIght...i have a 95 240...but i want to get a sr20det...but i dont understand how people in the CAlifornia that have a sr20det and drive it with it passing stupid ass california emission tests!!!!! WHERE DO YOU SMOG YOUR CARS!!!!!????!!!! Please help because i tried asking people around including shops like motorsport dynamics....and theyt dont' seem to tell me. I also don't want to go through the hassle of purchasing an SR and not having it pass.

Well, you do not post this kind of info on here, .. more like you should have enough common sense not to post this type of question, go to a meet and ask around, there's a reason that shop wont give you any info

Just do this. Swap in the sr and then take it to a highway patrol station and have them inspect it and give you an exemption sticker. As long as they see a catalytic convertor they'll pass it.
