a new car
Alright guys, this is the Deal, i'm selling my car, I need something more affordable, with AC, and above all roomy (i'm 6'1 @ 214lbs an S13 is very small) and I have 3 options for a new car. with the money i sell my current car for, + 1500$
Z32) Buy an N/A kouki conversion some Volks, KYB AGX shocks and ground control Coilovers, and a Sebring Exhaust, fix all teh bugs, Ice cold AC, nice sound system. and have a nice car for me and the GF. S14) allot more space than an S13. Simple T28 KA-T, same suspension as stated above but with added RUCAS and Front Camber plates. Q45) some VIP Rims, Z33 Brembo's in the front, J30 rear Ebrake set up, Z32 rotor and STi Brembo Caliper, with a Y33 Coilover set up. Ice cold AC, nice system. and have a good backseat for when we feel frisky. I want something comfortable, that will look good and be fun to drive. with the exemption of the Q45 that would be pure VIP lmk whar you guys think |

I voted Q. Do it up nice, get yourself a clean daily out of it, come back to a cheap track slut S14 later.
And you're whiney about the S13 size. I'm 6', 240#s and fit just fine. |

I think if you're getting rid of a S13 because it's way too small then going to a Z32 or S14 is not that much better. I'm 6'2" and went from Z32 ---> S14 and they are both cramped, period. S14 is a little better though.

Other...
Z32 i'd never get. S14 is a viable option. No ka-t though. Q45 VIP is ehh. Low budget VIP= bad VIP. Your list makes no sense to me. YOu talk about a 2 seater, then a 4 seater, then a 4 door. |

z32 for me... I kind of had a feeling a bunch were gonna put q45... I've always wanted a z32, just get it, and the way you said you are going to do it up makes a great daily driver... Thats my two cents

Fuck all these punks that say a Q45 is not VIP worthy or low budget VIP. They probably have never owned a VIP let alone a Q and don't realize in the U.S. the VIP options are a little more limited! Plus Q's are dope ass cars and guess what they are not low budget. If you got the money to rock a Q do it.
Just a reminder Q parts are a lot more expensive than S series parts. So make sure its clean mechanically. So ya go with the Q bardabe.

yeah well pretty much whatever my car sells for +/- 1000$ to spend on car and everything. I'm a die hard nissan fan. I can't see myself owning anything other than a nissan. I owned a Z32 before and personally it was comfortable as hell, same goes for my friends S14, and well a Q45 just HAS to be comfortable. that's why im asking

i voted q, but will add , if you want comfort then leave it stock. if you want a car you can still have fun...try like an older m3 or something. still fr. have a decent amount of parts available, i believe 6'1 will fit in that car with enough room left. and have a good amount of power, and available tuning and all sorts of things. but that's just me.

e36 bmw's suk period.. even m3's suck... anyone who has owned one will agree their track performance is abismal and their road car performance is slow..
get AC for your s13.. once people quit doing budget swaps and realize AC is REQUIRED not some hardcore optional crap.. if you can do swaps, wireing and fabrication.. you can do AC.

I was surprised when I saw majority of the votes going to the Q. That's where I put my vote though. If I could afford a second car, I'd be a balla in a Q, no doubt. Bippu FTW!

would say if you're looking for comfort go with the q, I have an s14 and love it, but I've recently been thinking of getting a second car as my daily and the q is near the top of my list.

If you get a Q45, you'll just be stuck with the same car modded the same way as everyone else in a couple years.
Not very original. You, know, kind of like S-chassis now. Get something unique, yet still modifiable. Here are my suggestions: S30, smog exempt, with an ITB equipped NA RB25. Turbocharged second gen BMW 7-series with factory 6-speed. VIP-influenced 1970 Dodge Dart 4-door with RB25DET power. SR20-powered Mercedes 190E. Late 90's Mitsubishi Galant with jdm VR4 drivetrain. Alfa-Romeo Spyder with 4A-GZE slammed with watanabe's, full cage, and a hardtop. Triumph GT6 with SR20DET. |

i voted for the Q. Z32 and S14 won't be nearly as comfy as the Q. The Q looks sick when it's done right slammed w/ some big shiny low offset wheels and clean aero.
