Okay, time for an update now that I'm free from my pinking aha. So this past Friday and Saturday was formula drift Irwindale! I'm happy to say that I attended along with half of Southern California. It was an awesome event, and I couldn't of expected more from the main event and the slammed society event. I mainly spent my time at the slammed society and booths. I got to meet Mad Mike while I was riding around on my skateboard and All I have to say about him is that he's as cool as his car is. Overall the event was a great time, especially with the fun, cool friends and people that were there. I finally got to drive my old car even though all I did was angle out :P Next are some shots I was taking while rolling around on my board. ........and thats it for the formula d pictures. On friday, prior to formula d I bought bnib Tanabe Sustec Sway bars, bnib Nismo Powerbrace, bnib Battle Version Tension rods, a Greddy/Trust downpipe and at formula d I bought a TC sportline drift knob. I also got a free exhaust from a friend, which I will be modifying for a temporary exhaust ( can't make up my mind on what exhaust I will be buying) That's all for now thanks for looking!

Thanks man, a small update is here! Thanks man, you should go back to a coupe! SMALL UPDATE: Lately I've been getting the urge to drive my car so much more than usual, I guess it's due to the cold weather setting in. I decided I needed to start making more progress and start finishing unfinished work. So, I decided I'd to finish my wire tuck. At first I wanted to wait so I could extend the plugs to match up with the engine harness, but I figured I could do that with the engine harness. I then proceeded to finish up and this is what I ended up with. (center console isn't screwed down.) ALSO you'll notice part of my cage is missing, I was thinking of painting (kind of started) but I'm choosing to have it powder coated instead along with a few other things. The plugs will meet the engine and lower harness on the cold side of the transmission tunnel. I'm thinking of buying a Mil-Spec Connector to make things a bit neater but that can wait. I also decided to paint my oil cooler with High-Temp Metal-Cast Anodized Paint. I thought long and hard about this, I originally wanted a HOT PINK/NEON PINK. Due to the lack of stock at the local places around here I choose Cusco blue. You can also see my one of a kind grill which is incomplete in the picture below, I'll post a complete picture tomorrow. The other day, a package came for me from J-LAND! Inside was this unknown rear valance that really resembles a JDM s14 Rear bumper with valances. I'm not sure what brand it is, nor how much to ask for so its up for TW in the FS section. That's all for now folks. Stay tuned for more updates, I have a feeling things are gonna start to speed up around here.

aha, well I was parting it out, and I didn't think I would ever get back into it. So, I gave it away and in turn made two very good friends. I would seriously have been done by now, but probably a whole lot different. I like what it's turned into, much better than it would have before.

It's quite rare, it's ment for the s13 silvia valances. I'm going to end up switching to Type-X that will be customized to fit the coupe properly.

UPDATE:
This week I've been very busy, finally got some pieces I've been waiting for that finally got here. So with this whole Camryonbronze part out it's been getting hectic, trying to get money for this, that, this and that. Luckily, I'm a natural born money guru, and have been able to get the cash. Anyway, onto the things I've gotten so far. I bought Camryonbronze's Cusco Rear Cross Bar, I also bought a Cusco front bar, a Cusco Rear tri-bar, AND last but not least, I got my NVS Fabrication Modified Knuckles by D. Adams here on zilvia, hit him up for some custom stuff very legit good quality, not some jank. I'll be sending off my cage to get Powder Coated back to its original Cusco blue, along with the front Cusco bar. I bought my new exhaust, should be getting here sometime next week, along with my extended lcas with a custom helmjoint. Now on to the pictures!!! ALSO I'm selling my legit bride brix http://zilvia.net/f/sale-items/48492...-brix-1-a.html

Thanks ALOT man, your work is amazing! ALRIGHT, DON'T WANNA LEAVE THIS THREAD TO DIE. UPDATE: This week has so far good, parts arriving everyday. Working on car without problems, couldn't ask for more. I started the week with prepping my car to be torn down once again, this time to have the rear sub-frame torn apart. While it's out, I will be cleaning, reinforcing it with Street Signature Reinforcement Plates by Driven08, and painting/powdercoating it. I will also be installing PBM Solid Sub-frame Bushings, replacing all of the links with new links, and installing a 1.5way diff. Along with the new links I'll be installing Street Signature's Eccentric Lock Out Kit also by Driven08. While the subframe was out I took advantage of the extra room under the car and swapped out my old ebrake cables for the z32 ebrake cables I had lying around. The brackets I have are from Street Signature by Driven08 aswell, very good quality lazer cut perfection. I coated mine with some flat black primer. I also installed my Front Tanabe Sustec sway bar and battle version tension rods. Although I'm missing my LCA you guys get the idea. As for parts that came in: And that's all folks!

Thanks for the Shout out on the parts. More coming up. I'll send a set of my Eccentric Lockout Kit to you so you dont have to worry about your rear alignment coming out of spec.

I love this car. Mainly because its not your "cookie-cutter" S13 build. Props to you for taking the time and sourcing proper parts.

I like your build.
I just think it is stupid to make a car that low to follow a fanboi culture that even you shit talk in your own build. Why not raise it up a notch so you can actually use those performance parts properly that you are putting on there instead of sitting around a drive through parking lot waiting for fellow message board dudes to oogle your car and it's undriveability? |
