who's going, and where are you coming from? i'm confident a good sized group will be coming from STL, and you Chicago guys would come straight through STL if you're taking Route 66, which i think is what we should do on the way out at least. traveling The Mother Road would be a nice bonus for those of us driving thousands of miles for this thing.

I would Be very interested in organizing a way for east coast guys to meet up in the Midwest. I live in Springfield MO which is about as central as you can get and route 44 goes right through the middle of Springfield. Only problem is I'm not 100% I will be driving. This is a financial issue with me. But I will find out soon enough and would be willing to help a caravan(CONVOY!) rondevu, in any way that I can. Maybe a Steak-n-Shake meet, we have one right on 44 in the middle of town

i'm thinking for this trip we should probably plan on cheap/free for everything, being 240sx owners. if we can find a house on the way to crash at (DOUBTFUL), maybe take a collection for all the pee splatter we leave on the toilet rim/tub ring from bro tan. but i'm thinking bring a sleeping bag and a tent, and we'll just circle the wagons in whatever Wal Mart parking lots we come to. and you can take showers at truck stops for a couple bucks.
