s13 HID H4 hi/lo install into dual square S13 headlights

Hey team,

I'm having issues installing my new HIDs (H4 high/low Kaixen kit) Nissansilvia.com -> KAIXEN Xenon Kits OEM 100% KOREAN MADE! HIGH-END $255 RRP$345 - Hardtuned.net

The outer squares for the S13 is the H4 bulb, and it sits in a metal bracket/reflector- the bulb is fixed to that by means of a metal clip. Does this bracket/reflector have to come out for the HID burner fitment? I can only assume it does because at first I tried to put the burner assembly in it hits at the very end, and is I don't know, about 1/4 inch too long. But if that is the case, how is the burner attached so it doesn't move around? Do I customise my own bracket for it to sit in?

Advice? Need-to-knows? Has anybody actually attempted to install HIDs into this headlight assembly before ( [][] [][] )?? Any help would be appreciated so I can continue doing this. I feel like a bit of a dunce because most people have done the installs quite easily (though on different cars).

Cheers.

I had one fo those Kaixen kits - the H4 ones have a Super huge Bulb surround and will prob not work w/ "Brick" headlights.
may need to switch/remove the shield to the basic bulb and Buy some $8 ebay HID conversion shields - IF THose will even fit.Bulb may just need to drop in w.o any shield as the Headlight prob has that built in IIRC.

I can't remember my old Brick headlight.....but I've got a set on the way AGAIN for my COupe. I'm gonna use OEM Lexus HID's like I have in my Pop-up H4 lights.They work GREAT.
