Car won't start

I have a s13 with a Ca18det in it. The starter is good, it just won't crank. I do have a crimestopper cs2000 alarm in the car and I believe it wires into the starter

Your aftermarket alarm wires into you started wire.usually it’s the really thick wire if you take off your panel where your ignition wiring is, look for the thick wire that has been cut and now has two wires (the colors in your chart) running to them.
Reconnect the thick wire, you’ve just bypassed your alarm, if that’s the problem, there you go

Are you talking about these wires? I reconnected all of them taking out the connection from the orange wire and now the starter seem to be spinning but no crank

Spinning but no crank, so is your starter not engaging the ring gear?

Well drop the starter and see if the starter gear comes out when you bench test it, or if it stays in, take a look at the ring gear to make sure you still have gear teeth

I had a camry once with an similar alarm in it. IF the starter isn't bad, it could be that the alarm is being tripped and it wont' allow starting unless you went through a sequence of unlocking the door/ turning off/on the ignition to reset it IIRC.

There should be an override button that will allow bypassing the alarm.
