Teams with hugely overpaid superstars get owned year after year. If you get a good amount of really good guys and a few step up clutch players, you have a cup team. Thats why Hossa and Jagr will never win a cup on their own. Malkin and crosby, yeah, Jagr and Lemiuex, yeah, gretzky and Messier yeah..gretzky alone...nope.
