For those of you running mooneyes wheels
What QR/Hub adapter are you running?
I've seen a someone run a Sparco one, then i saw someone else run a custom made one. are they the 6bolt wheels? or some other 3bolt style? |

Hey Flick, I made a post in the steering wheel thread, but it hasnt popped up yet.
Ive found a couple adapters on grants site for momo hubs, but i know mine is 6 bolt, they have them listed as 5. In regards to the speedhunters photoshoot, I havent seen a mooneyes locally with that hub pattern, would you mind calling them up and asking for us?

OK, well i was on the phone with mooneyes.....
and they said they don't make a 6bolt steering wheel in the "metel flake ones" so uhm yeah. I then asked who should i go though for an adapter/hub/qr. he said Grant. so i called up Grant. And the lady siad they don't make a 3 bolt QR besides there Weld on one, which is about $180 and isn't street legal. But they do make an Adapter for the Mooneyes wheel to go on a 240sx. I did some searchin on Ebay and Grant makes a 3 bolt to 6 bolt adapter. but no 6 bolt to 3 bolt. Unless someone else can find one? Anywho. i think i'm just gonna pick up the wheel and make it work. |
