When will animal abusers learn not to film their acts?


Supposedly, puppy/kitten drowning is actually quite a common practice. Not exactly legal or moral, but common. Many unwanted/dead/terminally ill puppies and kittens are disposed of this way. However, I am pretty sure the whole point of choosing this method is so no one will see you or find out about it, and you are definitely not supposed to enjoy it.
