So as the car sits in my drive like it has for a couple months no due to the fact that I am no 240sx specialist. It will not start but it does turn over and sputters as if it wants to run.I have set and reset the timing according to frsports cas how to.I have 38psi of fuel pressure.I have reset my vacuum lines and used new lines.My injectors are all spray but without sequence(at the same time).tried a bigger new battery and jumping from truck. sanded grounds,tried two ECUs.

Ok for a brief lay down of the car. its a 95 s14, engine is 98 sr20de with a det turbo setup. s13 wiring harness,ecu and maf. bolt on upgrades: intake,exhaust,fmic,aem truboost gauge,hks racing 2 bypass valve,greddy fpr gauge.
Turbo oil feed is off oil filter,return it on the block tapped in the same spot as the det, coolant is off the bottom of the rad and the water neck outlet.
