s13 CA (180sx) cabin harnes/ SR(silvia) engine bay harness?

I am trying to correct some of my wiring harness work on my RHD s13.4 Vert.
I have a 180sx cabin harness (dash to rear). Was 5 speed.
I have a Silvia engine bay harness. Unsure if 5 speed/Auto at this time.
I have a RB25 motor swap.

My question is:
I know the 2 CA/SR harnesses will marry up at the junction box (large white connections). My concern is that there are a few pins that do not line up. My guess, is that they are for pop up vs projectors. I chose to do the silvia harness as I have a Kouki S14 front end and am currently running on a modified s13 harness.

I have the 200sx FSM, but not the one for a 180sx to try to confirm what I am looking for. Was hoping that someone may be able to provide some insight.
I was hoping I may be able to just depin/relocate a few of these.

Having to search for the correct harnesses has become a little bit of a pain. May just be easier to modify the current ones I have to get them to work.

Help? lol

Do you have a copy of the factory service manual?
