Why in the world would someone risk their lives for a damn video camera? How stupid do you have to be to actually think that. You people are no better than the monkey raping the frog.

On a side note, glad you made it out safely man. I was in a car wreck with my cousin and friend. We hit a tree at a pretty fast speed (I have no idea how fast we were going) but only thing that happened to me was a bruised up face for awhile. My friend broke both his arms and legs, but made a full recovery and my cousin sadly passed away on impact. I dont know how I came out with barely anything wrong with me. I was in the passenger seat with no seatbelt either.

Good luck to you in life man. You got really lucky here. Hopefully your good luck will continue.

I don't think thats what they're trying to say. I think there trying to say maybe it was a suicide attempt or something like that, Which is completely ridiculous I think. You can actually see him dosing off in the video.

And I've seen these kinds of camera's before. This guy I new had one. It was wired into the car so it started up and recorded every time the car was started. It would save footage and after a certain amount of days it would delete it.

Its crazy how that camera survived that.

I'm curious if you where wearing your lap belt or not. I always get into my car and never even remember to put it on. But if your still alive and still have both of your legs, and your knees didn't break, Im guessing you put yours on.

foreals, the camera is a GoBiz Carpa 120, google it. look it up on youtube... I get sell them on the internet, but furthermore i put the camera in the car to save my ass for when another dumbass hits mycar, like the domino's guy or the asian girl who stopped at a green light for a non-existant thing that ran across the street.... in this case i was the dumbass who nodded off for a few seconds too many.... Another thing Gzer750 make enough mistakes in life and you will want to be able to retrace your steps, oh and, have a great day


by the way i updated the video links, thursday i get the fiberglass cast off, and a boot cast on, i still can't put weight on it though. thanks to everyone for your concern.... and thanks to my sr20det for taking all the impact, and breaking my heal bone too


I was wearing my seatbelt, Everything i get in the car the belt comes on naturally, well i put it on, but i am soo used to putting on a seatbelt it feels natural. infact i get all nervious when i get in a car without one...
so whole seatbelt was on, and who ever asked or said i was trying to kill myself, they obviously do not know me as a person, i am not depressed, nor would i try to kill myself, i love my life, and I loved my car, that POS was fast as shit when there was no boost leak or gasket leak... i would drive it safely like it was stolen some times on the freeday.

I really need to start remembering to wear my lap belt. The automatic one comes on and it never even comes into my head to put it on.

But I know if I get into an accident I will be sorry.

Maybe I'll just get manual seat belts.

Man, i've been to a car accident where i hit a van with my suby(prev car) noise. I remember that moment of hitting the Van. You can see the car right in front of your face and BAM.. what the f happened..

glad you made it man. i fell asleep at the wheel when i was 16 in my old truck. i went across opposing traffic and managed to only kill a couple mailboxes. from now on, i do the already recommended: i either scream music at the top of my lungs, pull over to gas stations and run in to grab a drink or candy, and if all else fails, i pull over and take a short nap. I often run across this problem.
My commute to work is 1hr 10min so i find myself drving when sleepy alot.
Those cameras seem to do thier job well, may consider picking one up.
