Good Morning Everyone! I'm sorry i haven't update and been busy deal with customers. I have good news for everyone that our shop might be on tv show for custom build car on Feb 2013!!! possible on channel "Bravo" We have long meeting 3 times and let see if that real happen we on tv show and sponsor by West Coast Customs. let hope make it happen.
Anyway, one of my good friend's diesel truck power stroke 7.3 engine need rebuild with over 300,000 miles. Also i found many broke parts like crazy! Start with oil cooler mount on front cover have broke cause oil leak anywhere engine bay really bad! My friend said whatever it need fix or new parts then go ahead fix it no matter what price. then i recommend him rebuild engine. he said sure. i pulled engine out ... Power washer clean all of dirty out time rebuild! before rebuild after rebuild My first time rebuild diesel engine pretty interested different than gas engine. Anyway i still wait for ford dealer sent me brand new transmission and turbo and more parts. back to my build car. i don't really work on car much but i have to make car back to on rolling because i need it move to park so i can build my brother's crappy honda for swap engine. i order MOOG front ball joint with 25mm spacers good for Rocket Bunny body kit or fender flares 2 inch clearance between tubs and wheel I know that i still need more work on front suspension. remove rear subframe bushing and installed stance solid why not open gap vent for smoke come out of tail. that it for now. i will build my brother's car soon i told him sell his shit car get RWD then he said later maybe 1-2 years.
