Juan @ Bardabe Performance

I dealt with this man beginning back in December of last year and i must say he has been nothing but a professional and kick ass mechanic. THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF. He completely rebuilt my Ka-T making it a truly supreme s14.5 from hell. I brought it to him with the pistons slapping around inside the cylinder walls, a poorly built head, and spun bearings. He transformed my dying car into a well built street-able monster. My experience with Barbade Performance has been exceptional, I will be taking my car to him exclusively from now on and i do recommend others to do the same.

For those that are interested in the build here is a link to his website and write up of my build entitled " The little truck engine that could" for obvious reasons lol.

KA24DE(T) the little truck engine that could. |

Details on the build, block is built with CP pistons, Eagle H beam rods, clevite bearings, and crank done right to all proper clearances. The head is fully complete with a BC head kit, valve springs, retainers, new valve seals and BC Stage 2 264 Cams. Recently upgraded the Turbo system to a Garrett GT3078R, MazWorx Ka-t Tubular Manifold, and turbonetics evolution wastegate. Ignition consists of LS1 coil packs and custom high output ignition wires. Precision 780cc injectors, nismo FPR, and Walboro 255lph fuel pump cover fuel. Oil starvation is no problem with the Xcessive engineering oil pan modified to mate with a GReddy SR aluminum oil sump. Lastly a Haltech e6x full Standalone Engine Management System controls every movement to ensure the proper tuning of this beast. Got a couple minor things to adjust/install then dyno numbers will be coming the 3rd week of November, ill keep you all posted on that.

Once again big ups to Juan at Bardabe Performance. Appreciate the stellar work man!!!
