KA z32MAf? and ka24de

How hard is it to wire in a z32 Maf to a 95 Kade24 setup, and whats the gain.? any links and input would be helpful... tryin figuring this one out my self but it isnt workin out.thnx

Thnx for the info.... i was just wonderin didnt realize that the MAF swap where on sr20s........ just made an azs of myself... all in good nature tho.

adding a maf will not add power to your setup. People switch to Z32 mafs when the stock maf reached its limit. Unless your ka-t or SR dont even worry about getting a Z32 maf.

you can't even put it on there unless you have an safc2 or other tunable device (ie stand alone, megasquirt, get your ecu tuned for the maf).....its values for measuring the airs are different and your car will run like shit.

doing the maf alone will gain u nothing. doing the maf with a turbo, bigger injectors, and something to tune with will gain u more power.

z32 mafs have a bigger bore, they can measure more air than a stock ka maf, that is their benefit. they are not a power adder.

its about 300hp for the KA maf and the z32 is about 550hp. Keep in mind that that is a measured amount of airflow.

KA MAF reaches it's limit at more like 250-260hp.
