I have a redtop sr20 i'm getting ready to put in my car, and i went to take a look at the turbo today and there is absolutely NO shaftplay at all on the turbo, but the blades don't spin freely. it takes a liiitle bit of force to turn it by hand. is this a sign of a bad turbo??
